Shipping Policy.

We ship to Australia and New Zealand. All orders are shipped with Australia Post.

Our AU standard shipping fee is a flat rate of $8.95. Our AU express shipping rate is $13.95. 

For AU orders over $50 or more, shipping is free. Our free freight pricing structure applies to all mainland orders delivered to a residential or business street address, which the courier determines is safe to leave the order.

If the courier deems the delivery address unsafe, meaning there is a realistic possibility of the order being picked up by someone other than the intended recipient, a card will be left informing the customer that the order will be taken to the nearest post office. 

For this reason, we request that our customers provide a safe delivery address.

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  

Domestic Standard Shipping 

We ship using auspost standard shipping. Please allow approx. 7-10 days for processing and shipping. 

We offer $8.95 flat rate standard shipping Australia wide. Spend over $50 to receive Free Shipping.

Domestic Express Shipping 

We offer $13.95 express shipping Australia wide. Order before 10am for same day express shipping. We ship using auspost standard shipping. Please allow approx. 1-3 days for processing and shipping. 

 

International Shipping

We currently offer International shipping to New Zealand only. Our standard flat rate for shipping to New Zealand is $21.95. We do not offer express shipping to New Zealand at this time. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@adventureswithtara.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@adventureswithtara.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
